Under the Director General’s leadership, ZINGSA advances the peaceful use of space and the application of geospatial technologies for Zimbabwe’s socio-economic development and industrialization.
The office provides strategic direction across satellite programmes, Earth observation, space science, operations, and institutional governance — ensuring the agency delivers on its national mandate established under the Research Act.
From the Mazowe Satellite Center to national mapping programmes and public outreach, leadership at ZINGSA focuses on capability, partnerships, and service to the people of Zimbabwe.
