In this programme ZINGSA  conducts specialized research and development on projects and activities on Geospatial applications and earth observation including mining and mineral exploration, disaster management, weather, climate, Geospatial intelligence, agriculture and ecosystems.
The programme is responsible for the development and promotion of Earth observations products for socio-economic development and improve livelihoods in Zimbabwe.
